David Lee, PT, DPT, MS, ATC
After several years of working in high volume practices, David went on to start his own physical therapy practice with a mindset of providing individualized, one-on-one patient care. His passion is to help people live more active lives with whatever range of goals it may be. David has a special interest in working with people with chronic pain and believes that a patient is not just a body part but a person with emotions, pain, fears and beliefs.
David strongly believes in continuing education and keeping up with the latest techniques and research. David completed the Michigan State Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine coursework, Mulligan coursework, has earned Level III NAIOMT certificate and received dry needling certification through KinetaCore.
David has always had a passion for athletics and sports medicine. He gradated with an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland College Park. He received a Masters in Athletic Training from Indiana University and spent seven years as a Certified Athletic Trainer working in a college and high school settings. With a passion for working more one on one with patients, David entered and completed a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore.
David enjoys spending his free time with his wife and three children and serving the local community through their church and at athletic events.
Kelley Johnson, PT, DPT
Kelley earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from the University of Rhode Island. Throughout her studies, she has completed clinical internships in both outpatient orthopedic and inpatient settings. In 2017, Kelley spent two weeks traveling through Italy, where she gained experience in the use of the latest robotic technology for rehabilitation. Kelley enjoys working with all age groups and activity levels. From young athletes with goals to return to sport, to older adults wanting to focus on balance and mobility, she loves it all! Kelley has a true passion for helping others reach their goals, and utmost potential through application of cohesive, patient-centered care. Her practice currently consists of different manual techniques and therapeutic exercise progressions, with endless potential for learning new skills.
In her free time, Kelley enjoys exercising, trying new foods, and spending time with her family.
Physical Therapist Assistant
Lauranne “Laurie” Gordon, PTA, MBA, SPT
Laurie earned her Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) degree in 2014 from Montgomery College. She has worked in outpatient, skilled nursing and hospital settings in the past 4 years. Laurie also has an undergraduate business degree in marketing and international business from The Ohio State University and a Master’s degree in business from Northeastern University in Boston. Laurie is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Findlay in Findlay, Ohio. Her patient focus is on exercise progressions, electrical stimulation, laser and manual therapy treatments under the direct Supervision of Dr. David Lee where they work as a team to get the best results for their patients.
While Laurie’s first career was as a business consultant, she entered the field of physical fitness in the mid 1990’s as a group exercise instructor and then became a certified personal trainer. Her previous positions include serving as a Fitness Specialist for the Columbia Athletic Club and Fitness Director for Rio Sport and Health. Becoming a PTA was a natural extension of her Personal Training career. She still meets with clients in her home-based gym and travels to people’s homes.
In her free time, Laurie enjoys golf, tennis, jogging, gardening, sewing, baking, walking her pit bull-black lab mix, Tara, and visiting her nieces, nephews and her three adult stepchildren with her husband Bruce.
Jason Alan Shiflett, P.T.
Jason graduated from University at Buffalo in 2001, receiving his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. He has held multiple positions including outpatient orthopedic, skilled nursing, and transitional sub-acute physical therapy over his 18-year career.
Jason’s training as a manual therapist has a foundation in osteopathic principles and eastern medicine philosophies. He is trained in strain-counterstain, myofascial release, muscle energy technique, cranial, visceral, and many types of reflexive techniques that he uses regularly in his treatments.

Danielle Paik, CPA
Danielle graduated from the University of Maryland College Park in 2014 with degrees in Accounting and Finance. She developed interests in fitness and health through team sports at an early age and through her personal experience with regular exercise training during college. She is studying to become a Personal Trainer in hopes to learn how to better help patients through exercise.
In her free time, Danielle enjoys music, documentaries, and traveling to new places.
Licensed Massage Therapist
Marcie D. Miller LMT, BCTMB
Marcie has enjoyed practicing massage and bodywork since graduating from the Baltimore School of Massage in the Professional Medical Massage Program in 2001. In her 17 years of experience she has had extensive training in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofasical Release, Hot Stone Therapy, Fertility Enhancing Massage, Reiki, Cupping Therapy, and Cranialsacral Therapy. She has also studied Therapy I & II of the Dr.Vodder School of Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and is certified in MotherMassageR Prenatal Massage and Bodywork.
She combines modalities in her sessions to provide a truly client centered massage experience based upon your individual needs. She considers herself blessed to be able to help people improve their quality of life through nurturing touch.
